Once your order is made then you will receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam and promotions folders, as your server/provider may have filtered our emails incorrectly. You can also log in to your account to view the order status, or contact customer support for confirmation.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order you may do so within 12 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to make changes to the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please get in touch with us at hello@ryanandremi.com
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. We will in the near future.
We are sorry you have not received your order, and tracking indicates it has been delivered.
Sometimes shipping companies tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before arrival. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.
Please note we offer a no-signature-required delivery service which means if no one were home at the time of delivery, the package would be left in a secure location around your home. We urge that you check your mailbox around your home and with neighbors to see if they collected it in error. If not seen in a few days please contact us here.
We are proud to offer international shipping to more than 150 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
International shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please note customs fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. RYAN & REMI does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
For most of our items, including clothing and accessories, we recommend the following care instructions:
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the fabric.
• Do not iron on any prints or embellishments.
These general guidelines should help keep your items in great condition.
